1. The Flow of Electricity

Electricity is the movement of tiny particles called electrons.
Think of electrons like little balls that roll downhill.
When a ball rolls, it needs a slope to keep moving.
In a circuit, that slope is called voltage.

FIRST PRINCIPLE:
Electricity is the flow of electrons through a conductor, driven by voltage.

2. Resistance and Voltage

A conductor can be wide or narrow.
A wide path lets many electrons move easily; a narrow path makes them bump into each other.
That bump‑and‑slow‑down is called resistance.
Higher resistance means electrons move slower and lose more energy as heat.
